Anil brings over 30 years of Financial Services, Technology and Management (P&L) expertise driving revenue growth, and operational efficiency that has been the result of his family office experience as well as with global institutions such as Capgemini, JPMorgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, and Nomura. Earlier in his career, he leveraged his technical expertise in ERP/SCM (SAP), and CRM (Salesforce) and vertical industry acumen as an investor and operator (P&L experience) in IT Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, and Digital Engineering service firms that successfully completed NASDAQ and NYSE listings (such as CBSI, SAY).

His successful expertise as a technology investor and operator through enterprises such as (but not limited to) WNS (Group Executive Officer), Human Capital Development (CEO and Managing Partner), Solid Rock (Investor & Shareholder), Global Blockchain Ventures (Investor & Strategic Advisor), represent a portfolio consisting of technology (ITO, BPO/BPM, AI, ML, Blockchain), real-estate (residential, commercial, and hospitality), media and entertainment (video games, feature films and OTT), healthcare (pharma, hospital, digital healthcare), education (K-12, Higher Ed), and consumer products (agriculture, food and beverage, retail).
He is a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company.
He serves as Chairman of AI powered human capital management firm, People360 – the firm has been involved with building, managing and scaling over 40 global enterprises by enabling their global in-house centers of excellence (technology and operations) in India. He serves as co-producer of Globalive Media, a premier curator and producer of multimedia content focused on business, innovation and technology that celebrates and discovers entrepreneurs, startups and leaders changing our world for the better.

He has a Bachelors (Honors) Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani (India), a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering (AI, Robotics, & SCM) from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and has authored a technology book (on SAP) published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc and is currently co-authoring a book titled “ABC: AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity for Finance” that is being published by Routledge (Informa) in 2026.
